Established in November 2002, Butterfield Place is located in the newest part of historical Fort Smith. Residents enjoy proximity to restaurants, shopping centers, and doctor’s offices. What residents enjoy most, however, is each other and the social activities available at this community. Such group activities include: Overnight trips to Branson, Winery tours and a riverboat. Residents on the upper floors also have a beautiful view of Fort Smith’s main thoroughfare of shopping and restaurants. When viewing isn’t enough, you can get to the thoroughfare practically just by walking out the front door. Not to mention nearby casinos for the Bingo addict in all of us. Hospitals and doctors are also nearby so you can always feel secure. St. Edward’s Hospital and Cooper Clinic are only ½ mile away.
