Branchlands is a friendly, safe, independent living rental apartment community that includes every ammenity a senior could want.  An elegant dining room serving Chef prepared meals, libraries, large screen TV theater, activity areas, exercise room and laundry facilities all compliment our 69 bright, spacious one and two bedroom apartments, many with a balcony or patio.  The 26-acre landscaped setting includes walking paths and a fishing pond.

A refurbished Manor House, built circa 1818 is at the heart of Branchlands.  Residents live in the adjacent three-storey Sargent House and four-storey Holtrust House.  Floor plans range from 500 to 1050 square feet.  Each apartment features a carpeted entry, living room and one or two bedrooms, some with ten foot ceilings. Both buildings are attached to the Manor House for indoor access during inclement weather. Major utilities, meals, housekeeping and all other ammenities, with the exception of telephone and cable TV are included in the monthly rent.

Excercise classes, bridge, poker, Saturday night movies, excursions to area restauants, guest lecturers and musicians, crafts and Friday afternoon Happy hour are among the many social activities.  The tranquil setting of Branchlands also supports more reflective pastimes.  The professional staff respects and supports the privacy and individual lifestyle preferences of every resident.
