Golden Hill, built in 1990, is a modern apartment house offering a variety of living options for the mature population. The Golden Hill complex is well kept and offers a specious lobby, a pleasant dining room also used for activities and recreation, and a comfortable waiting room for guests.

Golden Hill is located in the vibrant commercial center at the heart of Jerusalem's French Hill, guaranteeing that all necessary services are just a stone's throw away. In the vicinity you will find a supermarket, bank, synagogues, community services, public transportation, university, medical clinic, Hadassah Mt. Scopus hospital and much more.

In addition, an active tenants' committee is highly involved in all decisions regarding activities, menu and so on.

The residence is not religious and the population is varied (religious and non-religious), however there is a Shabbat elevator and kashrut certification.
