Air Force Village I is an active-living, accredited community for retired and honorably separated commissioned officers of ALL uniformed services, their spouses or widow(er)s and elderly family members.

We have over 25 fun social, recreational, and cultural programs to keep you healthy, active and alert!

We are affordable, and some very desirable garden homes and apartments are available in as little as 60 days! We feature tower apartments and garden homes, on-site outpatient clinics, home health services, assisted living, Alzheimer's care residences, and skilled nursing care.

The Villages are nonprofit, near Lackland AFB and Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. Nearly everything is taken care of, so you can be as active or relaxed as you want to be! We offer LifeCare and Rental programs.
