Shawnee Ridge is being developed by Wil Hallman Retirement Development, who developed beautiful Sanatoga Ridge Community in Pottstown, PA which is sold out and has an extensive waiting list. Wil Hallman Retirement Development Company is also developing Buchert Ridge Community located in Pottstown, PA.
