What We Do

Our care team has daily contact with you the resident, which means you get the best service possible. This includes:

• Call-bell monitoring (personal security response systems)
• supervision of nursing requirements
• assistance with P.O. medication administration including B12 injections
• activation program tailored to meet the needs of residents
• housekeeping (daily emptying of garbage, cleaning of washrooms every two days, vacuuming and dusting every two weeks)
• provision of bed linen and towels (including laundering)
• 3 meals, 7 days per week provided in the common dining room. Snacks available in social room
• tray service available to the resident's room upon authorization of the nurse in charge
• therapeutic diets available, upon authorization of Lodge Manager
• assistance with weekly bath
• emergency response system
• night checks and census checks when necessary

Additional Services Offered At A Cost are:

• pub night
• meals for visitors
• parking
• washing of personal clothes
• labelling of clothes
• beautician services
• dry cleaning
• pharmacy items, other than medication
• podiatry service
• assistive devices, repair and maintenance
