In consideration of an initial entrance fee and a monthly service fee, members receive unlimited assisted living and skilled nursing services as needed for life, under a comprehensive residency agreement. This agreement also guarantees services such as dining, housekeeping, transportation, maintenance, 24-hour security, urgent response system, health monitoring and healthcare.
