Parkridge Nursing & Rehab Center is a recently remodeled 74-bed skilled nursing facility where our people make a difference. Our caring staff is our strongest asset. Service is our first priority. Parkridge Nursing & Rehab is operated by Care Initiatives, a not-for-profit organization committed to providing the highest level of quality care for seniors. Located just east of the Des Moines city limits, our long-term care Center is centrally located for families and residents to meet health care needs. We work with local physicians to provide our residents with the highest level of care possible.
