Sunrise at MountainView offers comfortable living suites with a variety of floor plans.  Residents have a varied menu from which to choose as well as many opportunities for social and cultural activities.  Each resident receives just the right amount of services, care and personal attention to maximize his or her independence.

We understand that each resident is an individual with unique needs and preferences.  That's why we meet with residents and family and conduct an assessment - prior to move-in and at regular intervals after move-in - to understand the need for assistance and support.

This assessment helps determine the appropriate care and service that preserve each resident's dignity, encourages independence and best enables freedom of choice.  The assessment results in determining a specific service level based on the amount of assistance provided.

Upon completion of the assessment, a team comprised of the Executive Director, Assisted Living or Reminiscence Coordinator, Health Care Coordinator, and our designated Care Manager prepares an individualized service plan that is monitored on a daily basis.
