There are four different types of Independent Living options available.  Ranging from cottages to one and two bedroom apartments to suites to cluster apartments, we offer a variety of living arrangements.

Assisted living residences are spacious at approximately 625 sq. ft. Direct admissions from the community are accepted as space permits. Single and double occupancy assisted living accomodations are available.

Holly Hall has 50 private health care units for individuals who are 65 years of age or older, and who meet the established criteria for health care living. Rooms are large enough for a hospital bed along with a sitting area spacious enough for a sofa or love seat. Holly Hall health care areas adhere to a medical model requiring admitted individuals to have a current physical exam, and a physician willing to monitor and coordinate their care while they are in residence at Holly Hall.
