Summer Breeze Haven offers a loving, home environment where up to 6 residents can live and interact at their personal level of comfort. Today we operate a 190-bed Health and Rehab Center in Poulsbo, which provides traditional nursing home care as well as rehabilitation programs for residents. We also offer independent living apartments for seniors in downtown Poulsbo.
