Carolyn's Adult Care provides the highest level of residential care by a professional staff in a compassionate and loving environment. We are a family owned and operated business that prides ourselves in having a "family like" atmosphere in our adult care homes.

The 960 cottage is for assisted care, offering meals, housekeeping, laundry services and personal assistance with bathing and medications for a mostly mobile population. Upon entering the building, one immediately notes the beautiful living room with a windowed copula and large fireplace. The dining room is at the side of a large gathering area which has the feel of an indoor garden and features a grand piano.

The Heights Assisted Living Center's assisted living options offer personalized assistance, supportive services and compassionate care in a professionally managed, carefully designed, retirement community setting. It's the perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own at home, yet don't need 24-hour, complex medical supervision.

Kenilworth Park Plaza is a seventy-seven unit apartment complex that is HUD subsidized for low-income seniors. Kenilworth Park Plaza is located in the center of the Holgate Center campus in Southeast Portland. Our convenient location within walking distance of many services and amenities makes Kenilworth an ideal spot to live.

Lebanon Rehab & Specialty Care offers an experienced nursing staff and programs appropriate for caring for medically complex patients and is known in the medical community for providing transitional, rehabilitative, sub-acute and terminal care. We provide care for patients on a long-term and interim basis.

Marshall Union Manor provides comfort in the form of spacious studio and one-bedroom apartments with complete kitchens to seniors sixty-two years of age or older. Our friendly community offers security, comfort, and socialization.

Ochoco Care Center offers both long-term and skilled care, and specializes in Alzheimer’s Care. Ochoco Care Center’s secure unit allows residents with dementia and other cognitive disorders the protective environment under the care and supervision of trained dementia specialists. Ochoco Care Center is the only secured skilled care community specializing in dementia care in the Greater Prineville Area.
