Jefferson Manor Health Center is dedicated to providing our residents with progressive quality health care services. We are committed to the medical, physical, spiritual, psychological and emotional well being of every resident. You will discover that Schwenckfeld Manor, a non-profit facility, offers a wide variety of services to our 223 units, which consist of 60 efficiency apartments and 163 one bedroom apartments. Since 1974, when our first resident moved in, we have been helping the elderly establish their independence which has been specially designed to meet their physical, economic, social and psychological needs.

If needed, residents are able to have Visiting Nurse Service, the same as private individuals would have in their own home. Living at the Shared Home provides an opportunity for seniors to live without the worry of shoveling snow, food, shopping ,or other household cares. Though there is no requirement, residents may tidy their own rooms if they so desire.
