Waverly Heights is a non-profit, non-sectarian Continuing Care Retirement Community located on 63 private acres of a former Philadelphia Main Line Estate. Its beautiful residential setting provides the pleasures of suburban, country living, while its proximity to Philadelphia and easy access to New York City and Washington, D.C., offers the convenience and cultural attractions of the city.

To provide appropriate levels of care and a secure, dignified living experience for persons in the retirement years within a network of caring, supportive services, which enhance the quality of life.

Our residents receive individualized care from our staff. Emphasis is placed on independence and our guests are encouraged to do as much as they can for themselves. Foxdale Village offers residences for independent, active persons aged 65 and over (for couples at least one must be 65) who are in good physical and mental health. Residents are expected to be able to live independently and to attend to their own personal needs at the time of entry.

Longwood at Oakmont is an established senior residential life-care community dedicated to enriching the lives of its residents by providing a full range of quality support services and health care which promote individual dignity, security, wellness and independence.

You will discover that Schwenckfeld Manor, a non-profit facility, offers a wide variety of services to our 223 units, which consist of 60 efficiency apartments and 163 one bedroom apartments. Since 1974, when our first resident moved in, we have been helping the elderly establish their independence which has been specially designed to meet their physical, economic, social and psychological needs.
