The RiverWoods Company is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation that owns and operates two vibrant, self-contained, not-for-profit life care communities with easy access to all the charms of New Hampshire and New England. Conceived by a grassroots group of seacoast area residents, RiverWoods opened in 1994 and remains true to its founders' original inspiration - that growing older should enhance, not diminish, the opportunity for a productive and rewarding life.

Today, through the course of time, Havenwood-Heritage Heights has become the largest Continuing Care Retirement Community in New Hampshire and welcomes people of all backgrounds. Residents can choose to live in garden cottages with a self-sufficient lifestyle, or they might prefer congregate living in the Lodge with their meals in the main dining room. Health services are there for all levels of care appropriate to the needs from the most independent lifestyle to 24-hour skilled nursing.

Hunt Community is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community that celebrates it's 106th Anniversary this year. As a resident, you are welcome to take advantage of the many services and amenities that are offered within our community. Through these avenues, as well as the unique talents that members of our team bring to their profession, we strive to create an atmosphere of comfort, security and peace of mind.

Forestview Manor is located just a few minutes from downtown Meredith; a beautiful lakefront town on the northern edge of Lake Winnipesaukee. Our community is set on 15 wooded acres in a quiet residential neighborhood. The three “Manors” on our campus include 60 Resident suites and each of the buildings provide varying levels of support for the Residents that they serve.
