Harbor Chase of North Collier is conveniently located behind the Naples Dinner Theatre on Immokalee Road in North Naples. Licensed as an assisted living facility with the Extended Congregate Care license, Summerhouse offers monthly rental services for independent and assisted living, recuperative and respite care for short and long-term stays in addition to some skilled nursing services so you, your loved one or client may never have to move again.

The features of our buildings include a congregate dining room (south building), attractive lobby and reception areas, card and community rooms, elevators, emergency call systems in each apartment, washer/dryer on each floor, garbage chute on each floor, monitored smoke and fire detection systems, our own van for medical appointments, and 24 hour security desks. A staff is provided for the maintenance of our buildings and grounds. Small pets are allowed.

Three-hundred residents live in 115 cottages; 61 independent living apartments, 32 assisted living apartments, and 40 bed state-of-the-art, skilled nursing center.
