Established in 1945 as a not-for-profit 23-bed residence for widows, MJH&H is now home to more than 700 seniors and a vital provider of inpatient and outpatient care and services for approximately 8,000 community residents annually.

Harbor Chase of North Collier is conveniently located behind the Naples Dinner Theatre on Immokalee Road in North Naples. Licensed as an assisted living facility with the Extended Congregate Care license, Summerhouse offers monthly rental services for independent and assisted living, recuperative and respite care for short and long-term stays in addition to some skilled nursing services so you, your loved one or client may never have to move again.

Private Adult family care home:Our home has five seperate bed rooms, three private and two semiprivate. There are three bathrooms in the home. All resident rooms have either closets or wardrobes for resident use. We have two dining rooms and a Living room as well as a television room. We are located in close proximity to the Venice Senior Friendship Center, shopping, walking distance to church, Transportation to appointments when possible

The features of our buildings include a congregate dining room (south building), attractive lobby and reception areas, card and community rooms, elevators, emergency call systems in each apartment, washer/dryer on each floor, garbage chute on each floor, monitored smoke and fire detection systems, our own van for medical appointments, and 24 hour security desks. A staff is provided for the maintenance of our buildings and grounds. Small pets are allowed.

We recognize that seniors have unique, individual needs and preferences. Three levels of services cater to each and every seniors need. Amenities and services are tailored to the resident's wishes. You only pay for services you desire!
