Holiday Villa East, was built by the Diller & Ganger family, opened it's doors in 1978. It's focus is on providing a stimulating & rewarding venue to Seniors looking for an active senior environment. As the only rent controlled facility like this in the area, it provides an affordable answer to the expensive corporate alternatives.

Ashley Place. Since 1976 we have served our community, and we have a drawer full of letters and notes from our residents and their families thanking us for our loving home. Housekeeping and personal laundry are done daily, including Saturdays and Sundays, by a devoted staff. We invite you to visit us and inspect our menu. We serve Sunday dinner seven days a week. Inspect our gleaming, efficient kitchen and our elegant dining room where our delicious meals are served on fine china.
