Autumn Grove Care Center is a 103 bed skilled nursing facility located in Northern Butler County. The facility is fully licensed by the state of Pennsylvania, and is Medicare/Medicaid/HMO approved. The Administrator and Assistant Administrator have also obtained their Nursing Home Administrator's license from the state.

A personal care home provides a structured supervised environment for older adults who cannot live alone. Personal care services include assistance with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming), medications, and meals.

The Colonial Pines Golden Age Home is a personal care residence that provides an “assisted living” environment for disabled and elderly adults.

We are a not-for-profit retirement community which continues to fulfill our mission of providing a safe and caring environment to arean seniors. Several additions have been made at DMRC such as skilled nursing care, dementia care, hospice care, personal care and independent living. There are 206 skilled nursing beds with the remaining 285 beds allocated to independent and personal care (assisted living)

The Eastern Orthodox Foundation, or EOF as we are commonly known, is a charitable, non-profit organization located in Indiana, PA. It is called home to some 100 people. The individuals who come to us, seeking help and support, range from the young to the elderly, each of whom has had his or her share of hardships.
