Cascade Terrace was built in the 1980's and offers bright, cheerful lounge and dining areas. The room selection includes private, semi-private and 3 bedrooms. The facility's transitional care unit includes an occupational therapy kitchen for home skill training. Cascade Terrace is a contracted provider for Medicaid, Medicare, and several managed care health plans.

Chehalem Health & Rehab is located on Fulton St. just blocks from the local hospital. The facility is tucked away on a quiet residential street near a city park. Chehalem is a 99 bed nursing facility that provides traditional nursing and rehabilitative care.

Dallas Retirement Village humbly began in 1947 when a few local Mennonite churches took it upon themselves to shelter their aging friends. This charitable work grew over the last 60 years to currently include a 121 bed health center, 65 unit assisted living, a memory care center, a 70 unit independent living apartment complex and 26 craftsman quality town homes.

The 960 cottage is for assisted care, offering meals, housekeeping, laundry services and personal assistance with bathing and medications for a mostly mobile population. Upon entering the building, one immediately notes the beautiful living room with a windowed copula and large fireplace. The dining room is at the side of a large gathering area which has the feel of an indoor garden and features a grand piano.
