Altercare of Mentor is a 135 - bed skilled and intermediate care facility located in Lake County. A 16 - bed secured Alzheimer's unit, dedicated to the special needs of residents with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, allows each individual resident to attain their highest level of functioning. Broadview Multi-Care Center's Comprehensive Medical Rehabilitation Program has been developed to maximize the functional, psychological and social capabilities of its residents, using a Transdisciplinary Approach. Our multidisciplinary team asses each resident and individualizes a plan to attain the highest practicable functioning of each person under our care.
