The Masonic and Eastern Star Home (MESH) of North Carolina, Inc., is a licensed continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located in Greensboro, North Carolina. MESH offers a continuum of opportunities and services ranging from totally private, fully independent arrangements to assisted living, to skilled nursing care — all on one campus.

St. Mary's Home Care Services was established in 2001 in response to the ever present need for community members with disabilities to lead fuller, more productive lives. St. Mary's mission is to enhance the quality of life of individuals with disabilities through providing the support necessary to empower them toward self-exploration and the achievement of physical, emotional, and cognitive stability.
