Ebenezer, which means “stone of help,” was founded in 1917 by Minneapolis Lutherans who were concerned about caring for homeless older adults. For more than 90 years, Ebenezer has provided compassionate, community-centered care for older adults and others in need. As partners since 1995 with Fairview Health Services, we offer the combined resources and expertise of the best in senior services and health care.

The nursing home facility of Long Prairie Memorial Hospital and Home provides a caring, competent staff and a warm, home-like environment for our residents. We strive to provide the highest level of care possible—always keeping in mind the needs of our residents and their families. Mary Jane Brown Good Samaritan Center is located in Luverne, Minn., a small and friendly community offering all the amenities of larger cities. The community hosts the only hospital in Rock County, a great Medical Center, excellent school system and is home to the Blue Mound State Park and Jim Brandenburg Gallery. Only 35 miles from Sioux Falls, S.D., Luverne actively promotes tourism and is preserving the prairie land where buffalo may be seen at the State Park and on guided tours.
