Our community hosts a state-of-the-art senior fitness center, arts and crafts room, media room, library, beauty shop and card and game room. We offer rental retirement living, including studio, one and two bedroom apartments, as well as spacious two car garage ranch-style townhomes.

The Vines at Countryside is uniquely owned and operated by registered nurses. We are a small, Sheltered Care Home licensed by the State of Illinois.
