Lincoln Manor is a 140 bed licensed Intermediate and Skilled Nursing Facility. Our family owned facility was first opened in 1975 under the direction of Gershom Cohn.

Community Care Centers, Inc., is dedicated to serving seniors with quality care and services throughout Missouri and Illinois. We currently have 15 nursing facilities and 6 residential care facilities. We also provide assisted living, in-home care services, special care units for those with Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders,and villas for independent living.
