Victoria Heights opened in New Westminster in 2008 and is located on a portion of the former Woodlands site which is being redeveloped into a community of private residential and health services. There are a total of 59 one-bedroom Assisted Living suites which are intended for seniors who can no longer live independently in the community. Good Samaritan Canada operation 57 suites which are funding by Fraser Health and 2 private pay suites.

Christenson Village recently opened in February 2006. It is a unique community offering seniors multiple levels of support and the opportunity to age in place. The Assisted Living Program at Christenson Village consists of 60 one bedroom suites. The program offers residents the flexibility to prepare breakfast and lunch in their own suite, if they choose. Hillside Village is comprised of five 12-bed dementia care cottages and one 15-bed cottage and is intended to serve clients assessed at extended and complex care levels. The larger building which contains 15 beds will also include our administration offices, multipurpose rooms and a chapel.

Pioneer Lodge, which opened in May 2006, offers assisted living services to the community of Salmon Arm. The Assisted Living Program at Pioneer Lodge is directed towards low income seniors and persons with disabilities. As this program is subsidized by Interior Health and BC Housing the accommodation fee is 70% of the resident's net income.
