Welcome to ManorCare Health Services - North Hills, providing skilled nursing, rehabilitative therapies and specialized Alzheimer's care. Our in-house therapists provide physical, occupational and speech therapies in our rehabilitation area.

Identifying the need for an independent living community for seniors, St. Paul Homes initiated the Cottage Colony Estates in 1973. The community has grown and today it includes 63 cottages and 17 apartments. The Colony is expanding again, with plans for an additional 29 cottages in the next few years. Our goal is to help clients obtain a realistic maximal level of independent functioning in the least restrictive community environment - one which advances individual productivity and well-being.

Twelve single rooms with baths and two suites are located in the main building which also houses administrative offices, dining room, social room, library, recreation room, hair dressing and laundry rooms. All units are cleaned bi-weekly and fresh bed linens are available. Each living unit controls its own heating and air conditioning and all are fitted with emergency alert systems to contact a staff member on duty 24 hours a day.

Autumn Grove Care Center is a 103 bed skilled nursing facility located in Northern Butler County. The facility is fully licensed by the state of Pennsylvania, and is Medicare/Medicaid/HMO approved. The Administrator and Assistant Administrator have also obtained their Nursing Home Administrator's license from the state.

Various levels of healthcare, individualized to need, are provided to age ranges from the young adult through the senior citizen. Two independent practitioners serve as Medical Directors lending their expertise to our mission.
