Farmington Square of Tualatin has three buildings on its campus; one for 23 memory care residents, another for 18 assisted care residents and a third for 20 enhanced care residents.

Apartments at Hawks Ridge are rented on a monthly basis. Our apartments are fully carpeted, with individual climate control and emergency call systems. At Hawks Ridge, you will enjoy the privacy of your own individual apartment within a community of care and support.

Pioneer Memorial Hospital is a 12-bed acute care facility with a cardiac care unit and swing bed unit. The hospital's emergency room maintains an Oregon Trauma Level IV designation.
