The York General Hearthstone is a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility built in 2003 and licensed for 129 residents. Located a couple of blocks north of York General Hospital, it provides a home-like atmosphere and nursing staff who are available 24 hour a day. The facility offers many special services, including a secure area for residents who require memory support services.

Western Hall County Good Samaritan Center in Wood River, Nebraska is a 63-bed skilled nursing facility which includes a 16-bed Special Care Unit dedicated to those with Alzheimer's disease and other related memory loss disorders. At times, we enjoy wild geese on the lake and hope to one day see the sandhill cranes that are so popular in this part of Nebraska.
