The Jewish Home is a Not-for-Profit community owned, 173 bed licensed skilled nursing facility respected for its high quality, affordable care. Medicare and Medicaid approved, the Home, has a highly qualified, compassionate staff.

We have extensive experience with all assisted multifamily housing programs, including the LIHTC program. Many of our key staff have over 20 years of experience in the operation and management of rental housing, as well as condominiums and homeowner associations.

Now called United Zion Retirement Community, the community features a comfortable nursing care center, lovely personal care rooms with private baths, plus beautifully renovated studio and one-bedroom apartments, in addition to our cottages. United Zion Retirement Community is open to all people regardless of race, religion, national origin, sex or handicap

The Laurel Apartments have four different floor plans which offer comfortable options for every budget and comfortable living for every lifestyle. All of the apartments are located in a mall-like building and surround the Laurel Garden Atrium. How convenient to step outside of your apartment door and into a floral garden setting where the temperature is always comfortable and the weather sunny and bright!

Foxdale Village offers residences for independent, active persons aged 65 and over (for couples at least one must be 65) who are in good physical and mental health. Residents are expected to be able to live independently and to attend to their own personal needs at the time of entry.

HDC has dedicated itself to a public purpose of providing quality housing and expanding residential opportunities for households with modest incomes. While HDC develops real estate for people of all economic levels, in addition to commercial use, we continue to strive to meet the growing demand for affordable housing. With strong support from lending institutions, as well as public and private investors, HDC has been able to aggresively pursue this purpose.

Various levels of healthcare, individualized to need, are provided to age ranges from the young adult through the senior citizen. Two independent practitioners serve as Medical Directors lending their expertise to our mission.

We are a long term care center / nursing home, offering senior living accommodations for elderly people who prefer a more supportive environment over living alone; transitional rehabilitative care for patients who need extended treatment following a stay in the hospital and skilled nursing care with specialized facilities and programs for those who suffer from Alzheimer's and for vision impaired individuals.
