Serving the Pana community for over 30 years, Heritage Manor – Pana has been owned and operated by Heritage Enterprises since 1996. Formerly known as both Pana Health Care and Barry Care Center, our facility has undergone a complete remodeling in 1992, and is a 151-bed, skilled nursing facility.

The hospital offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services including: diagnostic imaging, same day surgery, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, home health, supportive care, skilled nursing facility, cancer treatment, cardiac rehabilitation, physical and occupational therapies, speech and hearing services, 24-hour emergency services, and ongoing community and patient education.
