Target Directories Corp. (Target), the parent company of RetirementHomes.com, is pleased to announce the appointment of Noam Eppel as its new Creative Director.

Effective August 26th, Noam joins Target with a wealth of web development experience and a strong background in business. As the Creative Director, Noam will manage Target’s web design team and act as the main client liaison for web related projects.

Noam's diverse career includes 8 years of consulting experience in the information technology industry for a variety of North America's largest financial and technology companies, not-for-profits and government organizations. He has provided corporate technology training courses, presented at universities and industry events and has taught at the International Academy of Design and Technology, Toronto, Ontario.

Target is excited to enter the design industry under the guidance of Noam Eppel.
