'We're out there having fun, in the warm California sun.' Long Beach, California, docking point for The RMS Queen Mary and host of the first National Surfing Championship will be the site of the 2010 Aging Services of California Annual Conference "Communities: Inside Out."

On May 4, 2010, Mr. Evan Heltay, President and CEO of RetirementHomes.com, will be traveling to the sun-drenched Southern California community to present an address on Online Marketing for Retirement Living: Keeping Pace with the 21st Century. "I'm an educator, first and foremost," he exclaimed, "but I hope to catch a Lakers playoff game too. Tickets will be at a premium, but I'll find a way," said Mr. Heltay, with a smile.
