She's been shuttled back and forth from hospital and rehab/nursing care home several times now. Now a infectious doctor determined she has c-difficile. What can we expect? Meanwhile my sister-in-law and her sisters and brothers are having melt-downs and arguing. I'm sure this is not doing Carolyn (the 78 yr old patient) any good at all.
C difficle can be sever sometime, the main symptom of this disease is diarrhoea, and 2 or 3 time watry stools prer 24 hour.It can be life threatening in critical condition so please make sure to take necessary action as soon as possible.Good luck.
