Acai Chews, health in older years Can't Post Private Reply

I've been really trying to keep myself healthy. Over the years it seems my weight has crept up on me. My Doctor says that I need to keep myself healthy or I will develop Diabetes, since it runs in my family. I currently started taking Acai Chews a nice health supplement with a sweet, nutritious taste, they seem to be working as my cravings have gone down and I feel healthier. Has anyone tried them? How do you like them?

I'm actually enjoying eating healthier but I don't understand why it seems harder to loose weight and loose inches now then it was when I was young? I've also decided a fun health program would be fun to join.

Yes Acai chews are made from Acai berries, and are full of anti oxidants, it helps to loose weight without exercise but you should maintain a healthy diet and do some exercise along with this thing, I can tell you because I also had the same problem.
