There is a facility in Sublimity Oregon (Marion Estates) My father plays music there weekly and I have gone a few times with him and my mother. The staff is very nice and it's a nice area, country setting....there is also a newer (less than a year) facility in Stayton (assisted available also)
I do not personally have any family members in this type of care, but it might be worth your time to check them out.
