Has anyone ever tried the easybath or walkin baths that are available or are they not something that is common, I have just been diagnosed with Ruematoid arthiritis and thought it would be easier if i could walk into a bath rather than try to climb over but I wonder is the cost is really high.does anyone have any idea of cost on these.

Safety Bath Inc. manufactures several walk in bathtub models.

The Serenity model is a compact bathtub (34"W x 30" H x 36") L with an outward swing door. Due to the outward swing of the door, the bathtub requires less water to fill and provides a wider door for entry. The Serenity also features a very low entry step. The Serenity provides a safe bathing option for those who have difficulty bathing. The Sereneity is available in a slightly larger size or as a soaker bathtub, or with 4 waters or 12 warm air jets.

Safety Bath Inc. also manufactures a walk in bathtub that is the same size as a standard bathtub. This model, the So-Lo also has a door and comes with a fold down seat. The So-Lo offers safe bathing to those who have difficulty getting into a bathtub because of the wall. Baby boomers often prefer it as it is a bathtub that is universally useful and it will allow the user to "age in place". The So-Lo has an optional 12 jet warm air massage.

Safety Bath Inc. has been manufacturing walk in bathtubs since 1992 and has established a North American dealer network. Safety Bath Inc. will also ship direct from our manufacturing plant. Call us at 1 877 826 6666 to find a dealer near you or for more information.
