It's May and life is full of wonderful opportunities and great weather. Nature is giving us the chance to get out, have fun and exercise. There's so much activity, even if it means just watching joggers and cyclists race by or hanging about in an outdoor patio with a light repast.
Sunny days mean letting go of labels about aging . . . The Silent Generation, The Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y. We are always seeking labels to linguistically parse out meaning; we need to let go. Age groups defy categories . . . a Baby Boomer could act 25 years younger . . . . a 21 year old kid might want to retire to a well-kept senior's home with three meals a day and friendly companions.
