December 2009 Newsletter - Holiday Edition

12 months of the year. A dozen.
Now, the holiday season is upon us, a time to celebrate, reflect and relax before 2010. The second decade of the second millennium is upon us. It's hard to believe that we ushered in 2,000 with revelry and panic of an international computer crash, Y2K, one of dozens of hoaxes that pop up in a turbulent world. Still, here we are, back to the 12th month of the year.
Twelve is celebratory at RetirementHomes.com. With this December edition we celebrate our first year of online publication, our twelfth edition since inception last year. As the Gershwin Brothers wrote..."They can't take that away from (us)".
The people that make this newsletter happen are our contributors, some who you will read and enjoy in this Holiday Edition. They are great writers who possess incredible acumen in the field of Senior Living health care and business. I owe them a debt of gratitude for coming up big on every newsletter for the past twelve months. Thank you and have a great holiday season. I look forward to your skillful contributions in 2010.
I extend my gratitude to our readers, to all of you, who have read and learned through this newsletter for the past year. You have given me an opportunity to reach out to all of you. It doesn't get better than this!
