The New England Gerontological Association (NEGA) Annual conference.
Friday, November 13, 2009 at Bentley Commons in Bedford, NH.
Presented by the Durham, NH chapter in co-sponsorship with the MA/NH chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
The educational program will focus on Healthy Aging:
1. What is healthy aging and how may it be attained?
2. What types of lifestyle changes lead to healthy aging?
3. How important is diet and nutrition for healthy living and longevity?
4. Exercise: what kind, how often and in what duration is required for healthy aging?
5. Brain health: what is it and how can you gain and regain it?
6. Dementia and alzheimer's disease: what can be done by whom and when!
Exhibitors are welcome to reserve space: $150.00 for Profits and $100.00 for non-profits. Payable to NEGA, 1 Cutts Road, Durham, NH 03824. Health Fair registration fee for the day is $15.00, payable to NEGA.
The Conference will present the topic Healthy Aging for 3 approved CEU hours. Registration fee will be $90.00, which includes valuable handout materials. All registrants will receive a complimentary continental breakfast, coffee break and mini-luncheon.
