Fairfax Manor is located in rural Superior Township, Michigan, just five miles east of Ann Arbor and two miles west of Canton. We started operations in June 1996 with one 20-resident building and opened our second 20-resident building in October 1998. We are currently expanding our campus with two additional 20-resident buildings that are scheduled to open in Summer 2002. Research has shown that this smaller configuration is a more therapeutic approach to caring for those with Alzheimer's.
