As a Continuing Care Retirement Community, we offer a broad range of housing options, nutritious meals, maintenance and housekeeping services, and a wide variety of programs and activities to enjoy. Continuing Care means we also offer full health care and special services for those who need them such as rehabilitation and therapy services.

Concord Health Care, Inc., operates five licensed nursing homes in the state of Ohio, all of which are Medicare and Medicaid certified. Concord provides skilled and intermediate levels of health care for short-term and long-term residents. Respite services and rehabilitation services are offered at all Concord Care Centers, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
