Wilton Meadows is a 148 bed rehabilitation and health care facility. We provide 24-hour nursing care and our full medical staff is available at all times. Our team of professionals include registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, registered dietitians, recreation therapists and licensed rehabilitative therapists. Podiatry, dental, optometry, audiology, pharmacy, x-ray and laboratory services are also available. We are certified for IV therapy and provide pain management.
