Slate Creek Good Samaritan Center is a 42-bed skilled nursing center, providing high-quality, individualized care. Located on the west end of Highway 160 in Wellington, the center began serving Sumner County residents in the late 1800s and continues to meet the needs of local seniors to this day. The Center has been part of the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society since 1984.
