The Leland Home is a licensed residential care facility that offers personal care assistance to residents who need help with activities of daily living such as dressing, walking, bathing, etc. A dedicated group of certified nursing assistants—many of whom have worked at the Leland Home for years—provide personalized assistance. In addition, our experienced nurses are authorized to administer medications and monitor the health and well being of our residents.
