Founded on July 21, 1968, by the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, the Tripp Good Samaritan Center is a Christian, non-profit organization that provides quality long-term health care for area residents. Our spacious dining room and excellent activity programs are unique to our facility. The Center is licensed to care for 67 residents and is Medicare- and Medicaid-certified. The facility is in the middle of South Dakota, 30 miles south of Mitchell.
