Welcome to Franke Tobey Jones a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community, offering an array of living choices--from very independent living to assisted living, as well as dementia care and 24-hour skilled health care.

Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community is nestled in Tacoma's Historic North End. The North End offers a wide variety of activities, including a nine hole golf course located just across the street from our campus. Shopping, restaurants and one of the Northwest's best Zoos are all within minutes of Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community's Campus.

Evergreen Tacoma Health and Rehabilitation Center (Evergreen at Tacoma, L.L.C.) provides a continuum of care that includes professional nursing care, rehabilitative therapy and support services to residents enabling them to maintain their independence. We are a 123 bed Skilled Nursing Facility designed to meet both short and long-term care needs. We participate in Medicare/Medicaid programs and contract with several HMOs.

In our warm and caring environment, we're able to focus on developing the abilities and strengths of each individual. Through a wide range of therapies - physical, occupational, speech, social, recreational, nutritional - we provide the support and tools to help each person to realize their potential for health and happiness.
