The Superior Good Samaritan Center is in Superior, a town of approximately 2,000 people in south central Nebraska close to the Kansas border. We are a 71-bed, Medicare/Medicaid-certified facility that provides 24-hour care with Registered and Licensed Practical nurses to ensure quality care for each resident. Medication aides and nursing assistants are always available to meet individual needs.
