Senior Citizens complex for those 65+. The complex has 81 one bedroom units. To qualify gross annual income will not exceed $24,500, rent will be 30% of gross income, additional fees for electricity, cable TV and parking, plus telephone costs. Laundry facilities are provided at no cost.

Clover Bar Lodge is an 80-room lodge, serving seniors in the community for fourty five years. An addition completed in 1992 and ongoing renovations provide up to date modern accommodation. The lodge is intended to provide a high quality of life for seniors who are active and functionally independent.
