The Residency is a two story retirement community that was built in 1992. It is situated on approximately 19 acres on Circle Drive just west of Monument Mall. It is close to shopping, banking and restaurants.

The Village is a full-service retirement community offering spacious individual apartments in a beautiful rural setting adjacent to Regional West Medical Center. Both independent and assisted living apartments are offered through a simple lease with no endowment.
